Review an existing organization connection

ChargePoint's help documents Account > Connections in the app and Connections > My Connections in the driver portal for existing approved connections. Review the organization, its requested information and the access or pricing benefits involved. Read the provider's privacy terms before agreeing to a new connection or submitting extra information. ChargePoint: organization connections and required information

Review phone location without confusing it with session history

ChargePoint's policy says device location access can be limited through device settings, including for the ChargePoint app where supported, and some location-based features may be unavailable. That choice is separate from charging-station session data already described in the policy. ChargePoint: charging records, provider access and retention

Check charging history and the recipient before sharing a receipt

For an Electrify America member, its FAQ documents Account > Charge history in the app, filtering by date and sharing by email. It also offers text receipts when a phone number was supplied at the session. Review the intended recipient and the selected record before sending a charging history or receipt. Electrify America: guest payment, receipts and session options

Review the charging method already in use

Electrify America's Plug&Charge page says account recognition follows enrollment and depends on vehicle eligibility. Review the vehicle manufacturer's current instructions for that existing enrollment before assuming that closing an app or changing phone location permission changes vehicle-based account recognition. Electrify America: enrolled Plug&Charge account recognition

Its FAQ describes guest card payment without membership as another route. Read the charger's current payment and receipt instructions and the applicable terms. This option should not be treated as proof that payment, session or other station records disappear. Electrify America: guest payment, receipts and session options

Read applicable privacy choices

Electrify America's published notice links a privacy-request form and describes state-dependent access, correction, deletion and advertising opt-out rights. For eligible sales/sharing or targeted-advertising opt-outs, it gives both a request and a separate browser/device cookie-preference step. Read the applicable current notice and confirmation rather than assuming a single account choice covers every browser. Electrify America: station, account and privacy-rights information

Read the effects before closing an account

ChargePoint's current cancellation help documents Account > My Profile > Delete Account in the app or driver portal. It says a remaining balance is refunded to the associated credit card. Review the intended account, balance and any organization arrangement before permanent deletion; the provider's retention rules still need separate attention. ChargePoint: account cancellation and balance handling
