Review Target's listed privacy choices

  1. Open Target's consumer policy and its State-Specific Privacy Information section. Choose the applicable access, correction, deletion or sale/targeted-advertising route; rights vary by state. Target: consumer privacy policy
  2. For sale and targeted-advertising choices, the policy links Your Privacy Choices and lists 1-800-831-6880 as an alternative. If the web page fails to load, consult that listed contact route. Target: consumer privacy policy

Keep opt-out signals within their stated scope

Kroger describes honoring qualifying Global Privacy Control signals for the rights supplied by the applicable state. Its other-state explanation associates the request with the signaling browser or device. This is not a promise to erase all purchase records. Kroger: current privacy notice

Review benefits before leaving a loyalty program

Target says leaving Circle can delete accumulated rewards and votes and remove benefits. It separately says Circle departure does not cancel a Circle Card or Circle 360 membership. Read those consequences before choosing membership deletion or withdrawal. Target: consumer privacy policy

Kroger describes rewards participation as voluntary and lists Customer Connect for withdrawal. Its notice also describes discounts and rewards tied to participation. Compare the privacy decision with the benefits involved. Kroger: current privacy notice
