This request does not assert that the body uses this technology or holds every category. It seeks existing governance and spending records rather than a new analysis, individual plate detections, movement histories or sensitive operational security details. If responsive public records are held by a contractor for the body, please address the body's lawful-custodian obligations.
I prefer electronic delivery in a readily accessible format usable with commonly available software to [email]. This does not demand new calculations, a new report or research to answer questions. Please identify any format limitation.
